We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, or you may pay using your PayPal account at checkout. We also accept cashier checks, money orders, and personal checks, but orders will not be released for shipment until personal checks have cleared (usually 7-10 days). Please Note: Charges to your credit card will be from Laurel Cove Trading Company, parent company of Laurel Cove Outfitters.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within the state of Virginia.

International Orders:

Contact us for pricing quotes. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. Since some of our distribution centers do not process international shipments, many of our products must first be delivered to our Virginia facility for final international shipment, incurring an additional shipping cost. The customer is responsible for applicable duties, taxes or customs charges on all items. While we are happy to accept payment by credit card for international orders, we MUST receive a faxed copy of your recent credit card statement (+1-540-242-4200 fax) for all orders outside of the US and Canada, and will ONLY ship such orders to the billing address on the statement. As an alternative, you may pay for your order by bank wire transfer (incurs an additional $20 bank charge for the transfer) and the transfer must be confirmed as received prior to shipment. Payment for US and Canadian orders may be made through PayPal.
