| Bob at Laurel Cove was very helpful in helping me find the sleeping bags I wanted. He even threw in a couple stuff sacks at no charge! I asked him several questions via email and his responses were very prompt and knowledgable. I would definitely choose to buy from them again. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 in Delivery is because I had the package come to my work and it didnt come with my name on it as a contact, just the name of the company I work for. Luckily, I was looking for the package and this didnt prove to be too big of a problem for me. |
