Shipping & Returns All items are normally shipped to you within 2 to 3 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground delivery. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select delivery is available upon request at an additional charge. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated at checkout. All returns must be made within 20 days from the original invoice sale date. The item returned must be in the original factory package and unused. Customers wishing to return or exchange an item must obtain a "Return Material Authorization Number" from us so that we can process the replacement or return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or replacements, unless the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for lost packages by shipper therefore we recommend insuring the item.
