Payment Methods:
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, or you may pay using your PayPal account at checkout. We also accept cashier checks, money orders, and personal checks, but orders will not be released for shipment until these have cleared (usually 7-10 days). Please Note: Charges to your credit card will be from Laurel Cove Trading Company, parent company of Laurel Cove Outfitters.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within the state of Virginia.
International Orders:
Laurel Cove Outfitters no longer ships orders outside of the United States. Compliance with regulations added countless hours to processing international orders. Our prices are too low to justify spending the time and effort it takes to ship compliant international packages.
Shipping:
All items are normally shipped to you within 2 to 3 business days via UPS or USPS ground delivery. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select delivery is available upon request at an additional charge. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated at checkout using UPS and USPS rate information.
Returns:
All returns must be made within 20 days from the original invoice sale date. The item returned must be in the original factory package and unused. Customers wishing to return or exchange an item must obtain a "Return Material Authorization Number" from us so that we can process the replacement or return.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or replacements, unless the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for lost packages by shipper therefore we recommend insuring the item.

If you feel a product is not performing correctly or is defective, please contact the appropriate factory for assistance as all of our products are covered under the individual manufacturer's warranty. Many times, this simple call can resolve the difficulty you may be experiencing. And remember there is no substitute for reading the included operation/installation manuals!
All returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned optics (scopes, binoculars, etc.) are inspected by the appropriate manufacturer or distributor before a refund credit may be issued, which can result in a three to six week delay.
We cannot accept returns of ammunition, unsealed or used electronics, nor can we accept other items without a Return Material Authorization Number! Please be careful when ordering to choose the correct item. |
